Custom Products Delivery

Custom Product Delivery times vary from 2 to 6 working days depending on the Delivery method Selected.

Express Delivery orders are aimed to be delivered within 1 to 5 Working Days. 

Standard Delivery orders are aimed for delivery within 5 to 10 Working Days. If we fail to deliver within the dates, we will proceed with a partial refund of the rush or express fee. 

Get in touch with our customer service if your sign has to be delivered on a specific date or time. All orders will be shipped with FedEx or DHL, which will be fully trackable. If there are any issues regarding delivery times, we will contact you immediately for an update. 


Delivery Services for the EU

Our deliveries are handled by FedEx  or DHL, depending on the size of your order. All deliveries are sent via Tracked 24 Hour Delivery.

We will inform you of the service used along with a tracking number of your order to ensure the safe delivery of all items. Please ensure that your delivery details are correct at the time of ordering. We will not be responsible for delays or incorrect deliveries due to missing or inaccurate delivery details. If you feel that an error is made or would like to add extra information regarding your delivery details, please email us at info@neonon.shop and your order number and the information you would like to add or change.

AM Delivery service will be provided by FedEx or DHL and only applies Monday to Friday. When a mobile number is provided, all deliveries will be accompanied by a text messaging service that indicates a time slot for the delivery to notify the approximate delivery time. Please note that although this is a guaranteed service. NeonOn holds no responsibility in the event of an unforeseen delay due to the courier. In such an event, the full delivery fee will be refunded.

All orders placed on a weekend, including bank holidays, will be processed the following working day.


Delivery Costs

Standard Worldwide Deliveries above $50 are free of charge. 

 

Customs & Import Fees

All orders are shipped from Poland (EU).

Please note that the buyer is fully responsible for any additional charges that may occur during import, including but not limited to:

  • customs duties,

  • import taxes,

  • VAT,

  • brokerage or clearance fees charged by the courier or local authorities.

These fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are determined by the destination country’s customs regulations.

We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.

By placing an order, the customer agrees to cover any such additional costs required for the successful delivery of the shipment.
